In collaboration with Landscape Architect Stephen Blewett of Craft LA, we were able to transform this property from what was once just a dirt slope to a tranquil retreat where one can soak up the sun, take a refreshing dip, or simply unwind with a good book. A stylish daybed with a sleek, minimalist design is positioned under a shaded canopy creating a cozy nook, and stretching before it is a sparkling pool. It’s crystal-clear waters reflect the surrounding landscape, creating a sense of symmetry and harmony. Lush greenery and plants surround the pool, adding a pop of color and texture to the scene. Soft, warm, and subtle lighting highlights the natural beauty of the landscape, accentuating the textures, colors, and forms of plants, trees, and hardscapes. The overall effect is a magical and inviting atmosphere, perfect for evening gatherings, stargazing, or simply enjoying the peacefulness of the backyard oasis.
